Long story short, the commissioner is in charge of the league. They do everything from configuring scoring to sending out invitations to the league.

They are also the responsible for maintaining the rules over the course of the season. When a rule is broken, or, brought into question, it’s up to the commissioner to decide how to resolve the issue in a manner that is best for the league.

Let’s be honest - we all have our phones on us at all times. If there is a dispute, I will respond to it as soon as I can. To keep this in context, I am based on the East Coast, so basically, as long as I’m not being bombarded by questions after 10pm, you have a very good chance of having an issue resolved within the hour.

I’m just a guy that, apparently, loves losing at Fantasy Football. I’ve been playing this stupid game for 20 years and I have yet to win a championship, but I do run a pretty tight ship when it comes to my leagues. I’ve ran things from standard 10-man leagues on ESPN, to massive 16-team, 52 man roster full dynasty leagues.
